Terms of Service

By creating an account or using My Homeschool App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.2. Who Can Use This App
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. My Homeschool App is intended for parents and guardians managing their children's homeschool experience.3. Subscription & Billing
My Homeschool App offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective billing policies. A 7-day free trial is available for new users. You may cancel at any time through your app store account settings.4. Your Data
Your account data — including Track logs, curriculum history, Field Trips, Wins Log, and child profiles — is never deleted solely due to a cancelled subscription. If you cancel, your access is paused but your data is retained if you choose to resubscribe. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app's Settings or by submitting a request at mommylivin.com/#delete.5. Kid Mode
Kid Mode is designed for use by children under direct parental supervision. Parents are responsible for managing their child's access and activity within the app.6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other users' data, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.7. Changes to These Terms

Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide when creating an account, including your name and email address. Within the app, we store homeschool-related data you enter, including Track logs, curriculum history, Field Trips, Wins Log, child profiles, and parent-child messages.2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide and improve My Homeschool App. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.3. Children's Privacy
My Homeschool App is designed for use by parents and guardians. Kid Mode features are managed by the parent account. We collect minimal data tied to child profiles and do not allow children to create independent accounts. We do not knowingly collect data from children without verified parental consent.4. Data Retention
Your data is retained even if your subscription is cancelled. It is permanently deleted only upon your request. To request deletion, use the Delete My Account option in the app's Settings or submit a request at mommylivin.com/#delete.5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including secure authentication through Supabase and encrypted data transmission.6. Changes to This Policy

Data Deletion Request

If you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you have two options:Option 1 — In the App
Open My Homeschool App, go to Settings, and select "Delete My Account." You will be asked to confirm before anything is deleted. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.Option 2 — Submit a Request
Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.Deleting your account permanently removes all data including Track logs, curriculum history, Field Trips, Wins Log, child profiles, and messages. This cannot be reversed.
